2. Information we process
- Basic TikTok profile information authorized through Login Kit, such as open ID, display name, username, and avatar.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection.
- Original media and captions selected by the creator for transfer to TikTok as drafts.
- Limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate the authorized account, confirm account identity, transfer creator-selected content as TikTok drafts, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with TikTok only as required to provide the requested integration, and with infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the service. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.
5. Retention and deletion
OAuth credentials are retained while the connection remains active. Draft media and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, and compliance. To request access or deletion, email TheValCruz@gmail.com. Authorization may also be revoked through TikTok's account settings.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, restrict credential access, and keep live publishing disabled unless separately authorized. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Age and fictional-character disclosure
The service and associated creator experience are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Valentina Cruz is a fictional, AI-generated character and not a real person.
8. Updates and contact
