1. About the service
AI MODEL is a private content-management service operated by Fast Quality Solutions LLC. It helps an authorized creator connect a social-media account and transfer original media as drafts for review, editing, and final publishing inside the relevant platform.
2. Authorization and acceptable use
You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer policies, and all applicable laws. You may not use the service to impersonate a real person, infringe intellectual property, distribute unlawful content, or access another person's account.
3. Publishing control
AI MODEL currently transfers content to TikTok as a draft. The creator remains responsible for reviewing, editing, and choosing whether to publish. The service does not guarantee publication, reach, availability, or platform approval.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant AI MODEL only the limited permission needed to process and transfer that content at your direction. Valentina Cruz is a fictional, AI-generated character; she is not a real person.
5. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on third-party platforms and APIs that may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality. We may update or stop the service when necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Fast Quality Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform actions, account restrictions, content decisions, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
You may disconnect the TikTok authorization at any time through TikTok's account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or policy violations.
